A dedicated smartphone app can be used by stakeholders in many ways. It can introduce new stakeholders to the organization and better serve existing stakeholders in promoting new products and services, special offers, loyalty programs, and other perks.

The University of Alberta has recognized the importance of a dedicated smartphone app for use by both students and faculty. For a few years, Information Services and Technology (IST) has offered the MyUAlberta¹ app on both Android and Apple devices. Built on the Ready Education² platform, the MyUAlberta app provides access to many services already available on other platforms.

 

You are a BUSINESS ANALYST at the University of Alberta.
