• identify and discuss the impact on stakeholders of the situation;
• offer a viable solution that is both business appropriate and ethical that a utilitarian (A) or a deontologist (B) might recommend for dealing with the dilemma; and
• describe the expected outcome of the solution and its impact on stakeholders and the business.

Include in your discussions how your company function influences the business thinking in your division.That is, how would your utilitarian thinking impact financial decisions (and why would this be important), and how would deontological thinking impact operations decisions(and why would this be important)?
