Flip Flops will be used for storing information.

3-bit information can be recorded in the selected memory row, and the 3-bit information in any selected memory row can be read. (The information to be read can be taken from switches, and the read data can be displayed on LEDs)

Necessary decoders (for address row selection, to be designed), control signals (read/write), clock signals, select signals, and logic gates can be used. Signals like read/write can be generated with the help of switches. Please draw this on paper.
