A dietitian in Malaysia had found a healthy eating way to lost weight. To test the effectiveness of this healthy eating way, 10 adults with an overweight and obese Body Mass Index (BMI) was selected. The BMI index of these 10 adults with overweight and obese was recorded before and after the healthy eating way was being introduced. At a significance level of 0.05, test the effectiveness of this healthy eating way in the medians and you are not willing to assume that the populations are normally distributed.
