A dissent is a disagreement between one or more court judges with the decision passed by the majority. Write a one-page dissent to the U.S. v. Bradley decision in which you argue that the facts do not support a finding of trafficking.

DO NOT address the issues of jury instructions or penalties. Only discuss why the events that occurred to the victims do not constitute trafficking.

To do this, identify the elements of the crime that are most vulnerable and then provide facts from the case that support the argument that this wasn't trafficking.
