(a) Each of the illustration below is an offence under the Trade Descriptions Act 2011. State the type of offence committed and the relevant sections of the law that make it an offence.

(i) The True Leather House advertised leather jackets made of fine soft goat hide from Australia. Ben bought one and discovered a label hidden inside the jacket which states, "Finest cowhide - Made in Klang, Malaysia".

(ii) A supermarket displayed an advertising banner at the entrance, which clearly stated "New Shampoo - buy one bottle and get another for free - for RM20.00. Mary bought the shampoo. She later discovered that the same shampoo was priced at RM10.00 per bottle in a nearby grocery store.

(iii) An advertisement states "Paradise View - a beachfront hotel with swimming pool. Mary booked a room at the hotel. Upon arrival, she discovered the swimming pool was still under construction.
