1. a. Elizabeth is a member of Christ is Coming Church of which Prophet Ogya is the general overseer and founder. Elizabeth, a car dealer was approached by Prophet Ogya one Sunday morning after church to ask her to sell to him the latest Mercedes Benz car which was on exhibition in her showroom. Agnes was reluctant to sell because it was the only brand available for showcase. She however accepted to sell it because he was her pastor. Prophet Ogya agreed to take delivery of the car 5 days later after giving her $50,000 in full payment. But 2 days before the day set to take delivery the car, Prophet was entangled in an adultery scandal and many including Elizabeth, quit the church with immediate effect. The said date to take delivery came and Elizabeth though she had quit the church went ahead to give the car to Prophet Ogya. She has since regretted and decided to sue and set the contract aside because she was moved to sell the car by virtue of her being her pastor. Advise Elizabeth.
