(5 marks) (b) On 1st November 2022, Roseberry received a birthday gift of a limited-edition white T-shirt from his father. On the same day, Roseberry took this white T-shirt to Honest Cleaning Limited for cleaning. Honest Cleaning Limited is an old company, it starts to operate on 1st March 2015 but Roseberry never went there for cleaning clothes before. Roseberry asked the owner if there was any exclusion clause or notice relating to the service of the company. The owner said he did not know. The owner of Honest Cleaning Limited gave a receipt to Roseberry after receiving the payment of the cleaning fee of HK$700. At the back of the receipt there was a clause: "Honest Cleaning Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss of or any damage to any customers' clothes given to us for cleaning, caused by whatever reasons including the negligence of our staff". On 9th November 2022, after returning back Hong Kong from Singapore, Roseberry went to Honest Cleaning Limited to get back his white T-shirt. In a surprise, he discovered that there were many red marks on his white T-shirt. Advise Roseberry his legal rights in relation to contract law. (15 marks)
