Explain whether the following transactions fall under the Sale of Goods Act 1957.

(i) Lee agrees to exchange his pen for Stella's watch.

(ii) Frank agrees to sell his palm oil estate to George for RM3 million.

(iii) Rachel agrees to buy shares in Big Plus Berhad from Sam for RM20,000. (10 Marks)

(b)

Kevin is a car dealer and he advertised a few types of car for sale in a brochure. Sandy went to Kevin's store and ordered "Forth Generation Honda CR-V" car model as advertised in the brochure. Later, when Kevin delivered the car to Sandy, she discovered that the car was a different model which is "Third Generation Honda CR-V".

By virtue of the Sale of Goods Act 1957 and decided case laws, advise Sandy on whether she can refuse to accept the "Third Generation Honda CR-V" car model. (10 Marks)
