A fifth-grader named "F" is enrolled in a NY public school and has neurological differences that place her on the autism spectrum. One of "F"'s symptoms is that she has trouble reading social cues from other students. She wants to bring "Z", her dog, to school as a service animal. "Z" is trained to soothe "F" and serve as a social bridge to other students. "Z" occasionally pulls away from "F" despite her best efforts to control him, which has caused distractions in the classroom. The school principal has asked that "F" have an adult care worker with her to help control "Z" and minimize disruptions. "F"'s parents argue that the disruptions are minimal and that having a full-time care worker at school with "F" and "Z" is not necessary.

Whether "Z" will be allowed to accompany "F" to school under the ADA without the assistance of an adult care worker. Please cite two-three source/case references and how they tie in, and that would be greatly appreciated.
