A file contains a list of prices in U$.$S$.$ dollars. Write a separate program that converts the file to another currency. The program operates completely with three command line arguments:

$$ the first argument, args$[0],$ is the name of the input file with prices in U$.$S$.$ dollars

$$ the second argument, args$[1],$ is the exchange rate $($a floating point value$)$

$$ the third argument, args$[2],$ is the name to use for the output file of converted values

End the program if any of the arguments is missing or invalid.
