(ii) For the trip system failure, there must be either a power shutdown or a sensor error of the system. The flame reaches the pipe if there is a leak and the pool catches on fire. Draw a fault tree for this event, where the top event is BLEVE. Label the gates and basic events. What are the minimum cut sets?

(iii) Name one change in the design of the plant that could prevent this BLEVE.
