The production constraints are as spelt out in the table below: wheat labour hours 2, maize labour hours 3, maximum available labour hours 180, wheat machine hours 2, maize machine hours 1, maximu available machine hours 120,and wheat packaging materials 1, maize packaging material 1, maximum available packaging material 80. A hotel which is a customer to the flour mill has placed a standing order for the supply of a minimum of 20 packets of wheat flour per day. i. Formulate a linear programming model for the problem. ii. Using the graphical method, determine the optimum production plan which maximizes sales for the flour firm. (Use a graph paper)
