A Food Delivery App maintains information about the restaurants it interacts with. As a part of information about restaurant it stores restaurant name, contact phone number, email address and owner's name. Develop and test a file program to manipulate the information about the restaurants. The program should have the provision for adding a new restaurant record to the file, update the phone number of the restaurant based on its name, delete information about a restaurant based on its phone number and display information (phone number, name and owner's name) about the restaurants located in a specified address.
