A former student has authored the verbatim posting below. Read it carefully and choose which of the options below best describes it:
I work as a fitness advisor at a fitness club. What I do there is help clients pick personal training plans that fit their needs and schedules. The client who I was working with last week was recommended a personal training package for 3 days a week for the next 6 months. The price was not an issue; however, the timeline was. He wanted to lose 30lbs in 3 months rather than 6 months like the package was designed for. The client did not have much knowledge in weight loss and exercise, so I had to find a middle ground to meet his wants and needs. 3 months was too short, and he felt 6 months was too long, so we were able to come to a 5 month agreement, adding an extra personal training day to each week. While I was interacting with my client, I used integrative strategy to get the best possible outcome. I used the integrative strategy because I wanted it to be a win/win situation, the communication line between the both of us were open, and focused on a mutually beneficial for the both of us.
This scenario is a pure distributive strategy.
This scenario is a combination of distributive and integrative strategies.
This scenario is a pure integrative strategy.
This scenario is neither a distributive nor integrative strategy.
