A Gallup poll asked Americans nationwide the question "How much confidence do you have in your local police department?". In response, 36% said "a lot", 42% said "some", 13% said "little", and 9% said "none". The Sacramento Bee asked a random sample of African Americans living in Sacramento the exact same question. In response, 53 said "a lot", 157 said "some", 76 said "little", and 92 said "none". Use a Chi-Squared test to determine if the nationwide percentages obtained by the Gallup poll fit the responses for this sample of African Americans living in Sacramento. Based on this result, should the Sacramento Bee report that African Americans living in Sacramento have a similar or different level of confidence in their local police department compared to Americans nationwide?
