A good product that can illustrate supply and demand would be semi-conductors. There are many companies who make and use semi-conductors, and they are in everything from radar, to television, to phones, and even cars. I work for a defense contractor who produces and tests semi-conductors, so I am very familiar with the supply and demand for these components. The company that I will look at will be intel. I chose intel because I know they have a very large foundry for processors and semi-conductors, and I also did not want to choose my own company. Intel makes semiconductors, microchips, processors, among many other technological devices. The value these chips has is huge. Companies are finding ways to make these chips smaller and smaller, and they go in just about everything. The supply for these chips is limited, it takes a ton of research and development in order to make the tools needed to make the chips. It also uses very harsh chemicals that are hard to come by to make these chips. The demand for these chips is massive. They go in everything that has a circuit board. From cars to earbuds, all of these have semi-conductors in them
