Because it$$s important that the fleet is cost$-$effective in the long$-$term, it$$s decided that Isuzus will be purchased. After a somewhat lengthy negotiation with the local Isuzu dealers, the trucks are ordered and delivered. The drivers, who are quite pleased, are asked to implement a record$-$keeping system on fuel economy and maintenance issues so the fleet remains in top condition.
