A heat exchanger manufacturer has carefully measured the overall heat transfer coefficient for an ethylene glycol mixture inside the tubes of a shell$-$and$-$tube exchanger at a variety of flow rates when a hot gas condenses over these tubes. In the experiment, the hot gas entered at $140C$ and the ethylene glycol entered at $30C.$ The data is recorded below.
