A Human Resources professional is considering understanding the main antecedents shaping the behavioral intention (BI) of HR professionals to adopt HR Analytics in the industry of fast-moving consuming goods (FMCGs) in the Egyptian market. The researcher reviewed the previous studies and he found that the BI to adopt new technology in the workplace is driven by many factors like Data Availability, Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Management Support. In addition, male employees are overperforming female ones and feeling good in dealing with a new technology at the workplace. In light of the above-mentioned scenario: 1.
