A hurricane caused extensive damage to a town in Nova Scotia. Various homes, vehicles and businesses are either partially or heavily damaged. In addition some people are also injured.  (iv) A home in a certain suburb wascompletely destroyed. The home was insured for 100 % of its value, with no changes or improvements made to the building during the course of the policy.
