a. Identify a health behavior (action) of yours that you would like to analyze this semester. The behavior can be a behavioral risk factor or a behavioral protective factor for disease or injury.

b. For this project, you will need to track your selected health behavior for the next several weeks. You will need to decide how and when you will measure and track this health behavior using a form that you design yourself or one that you find on the internet. HINT: having good and accurate data will be helpful when theoretically analyzing your behavior.

c. Submit a brief typed description of the health behavior that you will track, and how you will measure and track it. Include a description or copy of how you will track your behavior. AND a brief description of one disease or injury associated with the behavior. If you are monitoring a behavioral risk factor, describe a disease or type of injury this behavior puts you at risk for. If you are monitoring a behavioral protective factor, describe a disease or type of injury this behavior reduces your risk for.
