A. Identify an item or items of intellectual property of a company that is familiar with or by an internet search.

B. Identify the type of legal protection (s) (e.g. copyright, trademark, patent, etc.) that apply/applies to that property.

C. Provide an explanation as to why this has been chosen the legal protection identified in Part B, as opposed to a different type of legal protection (be sure to read up on the various types of IP protection and what they pertain to in the Learning Activities, Topics 7.3, 7.4,7.5,7.6).

D. Explain why protecting their intellectual property is important to the company.
