A is purchasing a property, when looking at the property an agent says the property is in the school zone and marketing for the property infers that the property has amazing views. A puts in deposit of $50,000 and $200,000 is to be paid in the later date.
however, A finds out that the property is not in the school zone and there was plans for a big building to be made next to their property blocking their view.
