It is group policy to revalue property every 3 years, at 31 January. Since 31 January 2016, Ice Ltd has not purchased or sold any property. On the date of acquisition consider the carrying amount of all other assets and liabilities to be equal to the fair value thereof. The revaluation surplus at 31 March 2020 is N$150 000.
