B. Utara Grab Food System (UGFS) is a food grab system provider operates in Northern Kedah. The company acquires a system from a local vendorsix months ago. The system functionalities include registration of customers' details, acceptance of orders and creation of bills to customers. UGFS has a small group of Information Technology (IT) unit to take care of daily IT related matters. The UGFS's IT unit has four staff; a technician, a system analyst, a system network, and a database administrator. They are working hard to ensure the existing system functions smoothly. After six months in operation, there were requests from several grab runners to add new fields to the system. The fields are grab runners' name, time customer place the order, delivery time and customers' delivery notification. The head of unit mentioned that all staff are tied up to the daily operation. He said that adding extra data to the system does not give additional benefits to UGFS. Moreover, the IT unit does not have capability to add any additional fields to the system. He decided to reject the request. Not long after that, UGFS noticed a number of grab runners left for another competitor service provider. There are also complaints from customers that they received food later than the promised time due to limited number of grab runners to serve customers. UGFS also realised that the number of customers dropped gradually. Reacting on the grab runners' and customers' actions, UGFS has called for an urgent meeting with IT unit. UGFS has instructed the system analyst to make a paperwork for development of a new system. One of the requirements is to make a new business profile for UGFS. UGFS wanted to know what are the options they have in developing a system that consider stakeholders' opinions and involvements. UGFS wanted to win back grab runners' and customers' to ensure UGFS survival. Learning from previous experience, UGFS is seriously considering to develop a system using iterative approach. Based on the above case, REQUIRED:
