A large equipment manufacturer found themselves with too many projects competing for priority and resources, and they needed a way to quickly prioritize them using a method aligned with the companies strategic objectives. They started with $42$ projects for consideration. A small team of engineers and key managers, with deep institutional business knowledge, assembled to prioritize these projects. They started with a brainstorming session to identify the key benefits to be acheived by these projects. They decided on two key criteria: $1.)$ Which projects will have the most positive impact and which will be easiest to complete. They further defined "Positive Impact" and "Difficlty."
