The meals start being served as they are ready. 14 meals are served and the party starts eating. There is 1 dish that has not been bought out. The customer asks where this last meal is, the server assures them it is being prepared. 15 minutes later the customer gets your attention and is looking quite frustrated. The customer explains that there is 1 meal that has been yet to be served and they were assured it was being prepared but no meal has been given. You follow up with the kitchen and they were not given the order of the 15th meal. You ask them to express cook the meal and go back to the customer to resolve the issue.
