A law that prohibits "Any exhibition of human nudity that is accessible to the public" is passed to preserve a sense of "public morality" and protect children. It is aimed at "flashers" who expose themselves in public for sexual gratification. However, a museum exhibition called," The Art of the Nude" featuring paintings by Monet, Matisse, Raphael and other great artists is closed down under this law since it features "human nudity." This law will be found unconstitutional based on: Overbreadth Void-for-Vagueness A violation of "Generally Accepted Standards of Good Taste." A violation of Due Process
