A leadership model I can use a healthcare leader will be one similar to situational leadership. I have chosen this form of leadership because I feel a healthcare leader should be flexible. They should exhibit a lot of different characteristics. "Situational leadership can be characterized as a mix of several leadership models in healthcare and in other fields" (Concordia University, 2022) This means the healthcare leader will be flexible and act appropriately to any situations that may occur. This will also allow them to remain professional while adjusting to each specific situation
