A list of the charges I can see Fred facing are possession of cocaine as a controlled substance. ffense of hit and run. leaving the scene. Driving while intoxicated {Bid Offense}. Destruction of public property - ramming into a car in the parking lot and Negligence. All together Fred is facing multiple felony charges. The drugs in this case would be accepted to the court as evidence since the ofcers had a search wariantwhen they entered the property. The only Iinlay this situation will be resolved is by Fred paying for his crimes he has committed. He would be guilty in my opinion of these crimes and should be held liable. Given that his DWI is not a first offense it stands to reason that he has a high likelihood of committing another crime if he was released. Prison would be the best and only solution for him
