3. (10 pts) The thickness of the LCO disc electrode in Problem 2 is 60 m. What is the volume of the electrode film disc (excluding the thickness of the aluminum foil)?

4. (10 pts) Density of LCO, conductive carbon and binder used for the LCO electrode in Problem 3 are 4.79 g/cm 3, 1.8 g/cm 3 , and 1.78 g/cm 3, respectively. Estimate the theoretical volume of the electrode film with consideration of their weight fraction and areal mass loading given above. Ignore the current collector.

5. (10 pts) What is the porosity (%) of the electrode in Problem 3? The porosity can be obtained by comparing the measured volume of the electrode film and theoretical volume of the electrode film. Ignore the current collector.
