A single-phase 240/120 V transformer has the following parameters: R1 = 1; R2= 0.5; X1 =6; X2 = 2; R0 = 500; X0 = 1.5k.

A single-phase 240/120 V transformer has the following parameters:

R1 = 1Ω; R2= 0.5Ω; X1 =6Ω; X2 = 2Ω; R0 = 500Ω; X0 = 1.5kΩ.

A load of 10Ω at 0.8 power factor lagging is connected across the low-voltage terminals of the transformer. The voltage measured across the load side is 110V. Compute the following:

a. Load voltage referred to the primary side

b. Currents of the primary and secondary winding

c. Source voltage

d. Voltage regulation

e. Load power

f. Efficiency of the transformer
