Ernst & Young, one of the world's largest auditing firms, was asked to pay a $100 million fine after U.S. securities regulators found that hundreds of its auditors had cheated on various ethics exams they were required to obtain or maintain professional licenses and that the firm did not do enough to stop the practice. Identify the ethical issues involved and analyze what needs have been done to restore the organization's damaged reputation.

Identify one significant situation in your student life when you faced a dilemma regarding an ethical choice before you that could have had a serious impact on your academic or future career prospects.
