A lottery number machine is going to randomly select 14 numbers ranging from 1-40. Dante is tasked with applying statistics as a means of predicting the exact 14 numbers (in range from 1-40) that the lottery machine will predict. Additionally, Dante is given a list (pictured below) of hot and cold numbers as a means of helping him predict the lottery machines choice.
