A man owned a business, as well as the land and buildings the business was on. The man died leaving a will in which his real property and business belong to his brother, and remainder to his wife. The two disagreed on how to manage the business. The brother wanted to expand rapidly while the wife preferred slow growth. The brother fired the wife. Years later, the business was in a mess.
