Currently, the fluid inside the manometer is liquid chloroform but when the manometer is
taking measurements the difference in chloroform Jevels on each side of the manometer is
difficult to see (exaggerated in figure below).
It is proposed that liquid acetone be used as the manometer fluid instead. Calculate the ratio
of h2h1, where h1, is the height registered when chloroform is the manometer fluid, and h2
is the height registered when acetone is the mand seter luid. Remember to state any
assumptions used in your analysis.
