A narrative description of a goods receiving process is below. On the next page, draw a BPMN diagram for the narrative using appropriate BPMN gateways if necessary.

A truck delivery driver registers at the Goods Receiving Department with a delivery note. The Goods Receipt Officer compares the delivery note with the purchase orders. In case of deliveries without a purchase order, a Booking Clerk has to be contacted. The Booking Clerk has the authority to decide whether the delivery is to be accepted. When the decision has been made, the Booking Clerk notifies the Goods Reception Officer. Following the assignment of a delivery ramp to the truck driver, the goods are inspected. If the goods inspection proceeds without complaints, the goods can be placed into stock at the same time that a receipt notice is sent to accounts payable, general ledger, and the purchasing department. In case of inspection complaints, the goods would be rejected.
