A NEGATIVE SECURITY EVENT HAS OCCURRED
Helpdesk call just in.
You are midway through a 15 hour shift and you receive a call from an employee who turned on his
computer and was unable to connect to the internet. As more employees arrived to work, computers
that use the corporate Wi-Fi were unable to connect but the computers using a line (wired) were able to
connect. The opposite side of the building and other floors were able to connect. There are other
offices throughout the state and they all are having no issues in regards to internet or connectivity.
