A nineteen year old posts a message on Facebook bragging about how drunk we was on News Years Eve and apologizing to the owner of the parked car he hit. The next day police officers arrested him for drunk driving and leaving the scene of an accident. According to at least one court, it is legally acceptable for law enforcement officers to set up a phony social media account to catch a suspect like this.
