At precisely the instant the NOSE of the Yaver crosses the Tropic of Cancer, its underside hatches open and release a Baum: #1 Baum. THE TAIL of the Yaver crosses that same line precisely ONE-TENTH of a second later.

The Baum is not thrust nor propelled from the plane. It is simply dropped. Relative to the jet plane, the initial velocity of the Baum is necessarily 0.
