A parking garage has an automatic ticket dispenser which prints tickets with terms located on the back. To receive a ticket, you must have already submitted payment. The terms are located nowhere else in the parking garage. You leave the parking garage 5 minutes past your parking expiry. Unbeknownst to you, the terms of the parking garage say that you must pay a $50 fine, which is incurred immediately after being late and every half hour thereafter. 

Are you contractually bound to pay the late fine? Why or why not?

 You and a friend live together. Both of you agree: you will mow the lawn, and the other will clean the kitchen. Does this meet the legal definition of both of you giving "consideration" for the purposes of contract law? 

You stole a car and made a contract to sell it to your friend. You let the friend have the car and they promise to repay you $5,000 over 6 months. They renege on their payments and you go to court over the loan. Will it be enforced by the court?
