A part of the initiation process for any project is to identify the business benefits that the project is expected to deliver. Use a project that you have recently completed for a current or former organization and discuss what the project was and what business benefits the project was supposed to deliver. Then, provide the results of the project. Were the benefits delivered? If not, suggest what could have been done differently during the initiation phase to align the benefit and the project.
