A person may seek restoration of status within 90 days after his/her status as a visitor, student or worker has been lost, because he/she failed to comply with one or more of the following conditions (choose all that apply): a) He/she remained in Canada longer than the period authorized for his/her stay (but not longer than 90 days). b) He/she changed employers or type of work before obtaining a new work permit. c) He/she changed the type of studies, educational institution, location of studies, or time and period of studies without applying to change these conditions on his/her study permit if they were specified on his/her study permit. d) He/she repeatedly visited other countries during his/her authorized period of stay in Canada
