A photographer for a magazine took pictures of some Pittsburgh Steelers fans hamming it up atop a dugout before a football game. The magazine published one picture to illustrate an article entitled "A Strange Kind of Love," about the Steelers' rowdy fans. The picture was a close-up of one of the fans with his trousers left unzipped. That fan sued, claiming his slovenly behavior was a private matter, although the fan had dared the photographer to take pictures
