You found one software package that suits the organizational needs better than the others and provides most of the information needs of the organization. There were two topics that were not supported well enough by the software package. Other than these two topics the software package is very good and suitable for the organization. The software company is reliable, and all other evaluation criteria are met as well. Since these topics were mandatory for the organization, you asked for the cost of the modification and got a proposal of $20,000 for these modifications.This amount of money is reasonable.
