A private company is known for its efficiency, transparency & employee welfare. Company owned by private individual has cooperative character where employees feel sense of ownership. Company employs nearly 700 personnel & they have voluntarily decided not to form a union.

1 morning suddenly, about 40 men belonging to political party gate-crashed into factory demanding jobs in factory. They threatened management & employees, used foul language. Employees feel demoralized. It was clear that those people who gate-crashed

wanted to be on payroll as well as continue as volunteers of party.
