Duration (weeks) of activities: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (not in sequential order o Slack time (weeks) of activities: 0, 0, 0, 0, 2, 2, 3 (not in sequential order) Other Information 1) There is only 1 critical path 2) The total project duration is 16 3) Task C is the longest duration and on the critical path 4) Early finish (EF) for Task F is 14 weeks 5) Late start (LS) for Task E is 13 weeks 6) If Task D slips by 2 weeks, it will be on a new critical path
