A Project Manager will complete the following tasks during the contract administration: a. Write the SOW, prepare RFP documents, call vendors b. Issue change orders, ensure invoices are paid, ensure the quality of the goods matches the specifications c. Conduct bid evaluation, prepare the bidders conference d. Select preferred vendor, negotiate contract prices
