(A) Provide an example of a bias from the text (ex: availability, representative, anchoring/adjustment, confirmation, over-confidence) or error (ex: fundamental attribution error, etc.) that you have made or witnessed, not just a bias in general; (B) make sure to connect to the course theory to explain what happened and why, then (C) provide a possible solution to avoid making the same or similar mistake.
